Managing to balance expertly captured shots and honest portraits, Nate's eye for both beautiful cinematography and a great performance are both on show here.

Joe's done it again. This time swapping the cobbled alleys of Manchester for the sunnier climates of Mallorca, bringing an effortless sense of cool to men's clothing brand Jacamo.

Marc Ingham can find the drama, and the innate beauty in basically anything. And he's proved that again with this spot for Crabbies. Capturing the movement, and poetry in pouring a glass of ginger beer like no other; if this can't convince the masses to give alcoholic ginger beer a try I'm not sure what will.

THAT SUPERDRUG FEELING

High-street mainstays Superdrug needed to find the perfect way to visualise the way their own brand products make customers feel. Chief and director Chris Cottam had just the idea. Incredibly dramatic and cinematic super slow-motion showing the emphatic moment when that "Superdrug feeling" hits.

Nationwide's new banking app is so fast that you've absolutely got time to nail the most difficult shot in ten-pin bowling, whack out a cool as anything celebration and obviously look great doing it. Top job here from Ben.

Karen adds a sprinkle of fantasy, and a massive dollop of glamour to this season's Simply Be commercial. The girls and the clothes look absolutely incredible, which is exactly what you'd expect from Karen who has been consistently making top fashion commercials for years.

Nate Camponi directs this fun commercial for iconic popcorn brand Butterkist, showcasing how their famous taste spans generational and cultural divides in all walks and settings of life. Tasty stuff.

Mr. Sharpe is on an absolute roll, he got some great bargains on Amazon's Boxing Day sale, and then....well you'll See. Director Ben Tonge (and Chief) had the pleasure of working with Lucky Generals on this cracking Christmas campaign for the internet titans.

Icons of the kitchen world, Magnet, have managed to combine such high quality interiors with such low prices that their customers seem to have lost basic motor skills. This dollop of comedy comes courtesy of director Chris Cottam.
